AIR FRYER CHICKEN THIGHS

The juiciest Chicken thighs with the most flavor ever! Big taste from simple ingredients! Do not be alarmed by the mayo. It’s essential!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken:

Eight boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Cajun seasoning, 1–2 TBS
1 tsp. of onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1–2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Tsp of thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
Fresh parsley, 1 TBS
1/4 cup Mayo, believe me on this, ok?
Melted half a cup of unsalted butter

  • lemon pepper sauce

Zest and juice from 1⁄2 a lemon.
Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
1 TBS salt and cracked black pepper

 

Instructions:

  • Chicken:
  1. Use all of the ingredients to season the chicken thighs.
  2. Toss thoroughly to ensure that the mayo and spices are applied equally on the thighs.
  3. Put the container in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour, covered with plastic wrap.
  4. Get your air fryer ready.
  5. Aluminum foil should be used to line the air fryer basket.
  6. The basket with the thighs in it. To guarantee balanced cooking, give each other ample room. To avoid crowding, you might have to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  7. The chicken thighs should be air-fried at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes, turning the bird over halfway through. Ensure that the chicken has an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. The chicken should be removed from the air fryer and wrapped in foil.
  9. Before serving, let the thighs 10 minutes to rest.
  • Lemon Pepper Sauce:
  1. The ingredients should be properly combined. Pour over the chicken and enjoy!

 

Cooking Notes:

If using a regular oven, bake at 400°F for 35–45 minutes, or until thoroughly done, in a baking pan with a wired rack.
